Make a Purchase From Nevada Outback Gems: Here at Nevada Outback Gems we want your purchase to be safe, easy and fast. We like paypal as it allows safe and easy credit card purchases via the internet. The following are the ways in which you can purchase gemstones and jewelry from us: 1. Have me send you an invoice through Paypal - Send me an email saying what you would like to purchase, I'll send you a confirming email and invoice through paypal. You pay the credit card invoice through paypal and I'll ship your items to you. This is the fastest and safest way to make a transaction. My Email is chrisralph218@hotmail.com 2. Send a check or Money order to me - If you dont want to use paypal, you can always send payment to me through the good old US mail. Not super speedy, but it always gets there. My PO Box number appears lower down on this page. Be sure to include all the information I need to ship your item(s) with your payment. Call me on the phone - its not a toll free call, but if there are any problems or concerns we can work them out directly by phone. | We want to make
your purchase as safe and as easy as possible. Basically there are two ways to make a
purchase: You can pay by credit card through Paypal, or send us a check (or money order)
through the good old US mail. Detailed information appears in the section above. Nevada
residents please add 6.5% sales tax. Please include all the information on the purchase
with your payment - without all the necessary information, your shipment will likely be
delayed - see the checklist below. We recommend paypal as it is safer for you, the
purchaser. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about making a purchase. We will gladly combine shipping for multiple items to reduce your shipping costs, so check out our EBAY auctions. We can usually accommodate most special requests. As far as mail insurance, all our packages are shipped insured because we simply cannot control the US mails and when you purchase an item, you want to receive it! International shipping is no problem - we do it all the time, but international shipments cannot be guaranteed. |

POLICY: YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED! We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product you are entitled to a full cash refund or credit/exchange - which ever you prefer - within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise. We would much rather give you a refund or exchange than have one of our customers disappointed in their purchase - so please contact us. However, if you would like a refund, we need you to promptly return the item to the address below. All sales are final 14 days after you receive your item, but we will work with you on special conditions.
